With the first multi-family lakefront housing initiative in Cleveland’s history about to open after an 8-year development process, Hybrid pulled out all the stops to generate buzz, drive traffic to the spectacular complex on Lake Erie and support a multi-faceted leasing program.

Elements included a logo design, a website featuring a highly effective lead-generation component, sales collateral, advertising, a grand opening event, online and direct mail marketing, database management and a media relations program that blanketed the northeast Ohio region with the good news. The complex is nearing full occupancy and the next phase of development is on the drawing board.
